Meet Our Team
Joziah & Gandalf, Co-founders
Father-son duo Steve (Gandalf) and Joziah started Dragon Fire Studios in 2018. The two were approached by a mutual friend regarding taking over the aura photo booth at the local farmer’s market, and after careful consideration, decided to move forward with the business.
The birth of Dragon Fire Studios just so happened to coincide with Steve and Joziah’s completion of 6 successful weeks as Gandalf and Bilbo in the Big Island production of “The Hobbit.”
Gandalf naturally became an integral part of Dragon Fire Studios as community members suggested Steve continue sharing his character’s wisdom and insight after the play. With decades of experience as a licensed therapist and social worker, Steve took to the character fondly and thus the playful, yet wise, spirit of Gandalf remains alive as ever.
6 years and thousands of aura readings later, Steve and Joziah still share the same passion for all things spiritual, impactful and genuine, and continue to impart wisdom and fresh perspectives on their clients today.
